Protocol of amendments to the agreement on the status of the ICRC in Armenia signed between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the ICRC

On January 30, at the Foreign Ministry of Armenia a Protocol of amendments to the Agreement on the status of the International Committee of Red Cross was signed between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the International Committee of the Red Cross.

From the Armenian side the Protocol was signed by the Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and the ICRC was represented by Claire Meytraud, the Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Armenia.

Тhe Protocol envisages amendments to the agreement on the status of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Armenia, signed on November 5, 1993 between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the International Committee of the Red Cross, by adding articles on the immunity of the ICRC documents and correspondence, as well as adding new provisions regulating the elaboration of personal data by the ICRC.
