On March 3, Edward Nalbandian, Foreign Minister of Armenia, had a meeting with Karen Mirzoyan, Foreign Minister of Artsakh, who was in Yerevan to participate in the meeting of the Central Apparatus of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Armenia’s Ambassadors accredited in foreign countries, Permanent representatives to the international organizations and Consul Generals.

The outcomes of the regular meeting of the heads of diplomatic missions of Armenia were discussed.

Edward Nalbandian awarded Karen Mirzoyan with the 1st degree Medal of Honor of the Armenian Foreign Ministry in acknowledgement of his significant role and contribution to the enhancement of cooperation between the Foreign Ministries of Armenia and Artsakh.
