Newly-appointed Ambassador of Nicaragua handed over copies of his credentials to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia

On November 3, Juan Ernesto Vasquez Araya, the newly-appointed Ambassador of Nicaragua to Armenia (residence in Moscow) handed over copies of his credentials to Edward Nalbandian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.

Congratulating the Ambassador on the appointment, Minister Nalbandian mentioned, that Armenia is interested in the development of ties with Nicaragua, and expressed hope, that the Ambassador during his mission would contribute to the strengthening of bilateral cooperation.

Thanking for the reception and good wishes, the Ambassador of Nicaragua to Armenia noted, that during his diplomatic mission he would do his utmost for the deepening of cooperation with Armenia in different fields.

During the meeting, issues of the establishment of political dialogue, creation of a legal framework, fostering of trade and economic cooperation were reflected on. The sides also touched upon a range of pressing regional and international issues.
