On April 18 consultations between Armenia and Belarus took place in Yerevan at the level of Deputy Ministers.

During the consultations headed by Shavarsh Kocharyan and Aleksandr Mikhnevich, the Deputy Ministers of Armenia and Belarus, the sides discussed the bilateral relations, particularly the intensification of trade and economic relations and inter-parliamentary cooperation, promotion of decentralized cooperation, expansion of the existing legal framework between the two countries, as well as issues concerning bilateral cooperation within the framework of international organizations.

During the consultations the same day, Aleksandr Mikhnevich and Zohrab Mnatsakanian, Deputy Foreign Ministers of Belarus and Armenia, discussed a wide range of issues concerning the cooperation carried out within the framework of international cooperation.
