Question: Please, comment on the statements coming from Baku about the absence of Armenia’s position, as well as about some expired periods, which Armenia has asked for the settlement of the Artsakh (Nagornoa Karabakh) issue?

Answer: The primary issue in the settlement of the Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) conflict is the position the people of Nagorno Karabakh, which was expressed already in 1991 via referendum. Armenia has been and will continue supporting that position. Azerbaijan only wasting time: anyway, sooner or later it will have to take into account the expression of will of the people of Nagorno Karabakh.

Not finding the understanding of their deconstructive position in the negotiation process, some Azerbaijani officials have nothing to do, but by endless falsifications and continuous war mongering try to strut like a cockerel in front of its own people.
