Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian meets with his Hungarian counterpart Péter Balázs
09 November, 2009On November 9, Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian who was in Hungary within the delegation accompanying the President of the Republic of Armenian Serzh Sargsyan had a meeting with his Hungarian counterpart Péter Balázs.
This is the fifth meeting of Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Hungary throughout a year.
Ministers Nalbandian and Balázs highly appreciated the intensification of Armenian-Hungarian relations and mentioned that the state visit of the President of the Republic of Armenia to Hungary symbolizes the importance that the two countries are attaching to more deepening and strengthening of bilateral friendly relationship.
By attaching importance to the signed documents and agreements reached in the course of the Presidential state visit, Edward Nalbandian and Péter Balázs expressed confidence that their implementation will be a serious stimulus for the further development of cooperation.
Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Hungary exchanged views on the issues concerning a number of areas of bilateral relations, as well as discussed the processes within the EU and the recent developments in the South Caucasus region.
