On September 4, Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian had a phone conversation with Foreign Minister of Iran Manuchehr Mottaki.

Minister Nalbandian congratulated his Iranian counterpart on being reconfirmed as the Foreign Minister by the Iranian Parliament.

In the course of conversation Foreign Minister of Armenia and Iran reaffirmed the mutual willingness to continue the efforts for the development and strengthening of bilateral relations.
