Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian meets Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic

On July 29, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian had a meeting with his Serbian counterpart Vuk Jeremić, who is in Yerevan as a member of the delegation accompanying the Serbian President, which visits Armenia on an official visit.
In the course of the meeting the two had a detailed discussion on a wide range of issues concerning the further expansion of Armenian-Serbian relations, particularly the steps to be taken for the establishment of legal field, consultations between the Foreign Ministries, coordination within the international relations as well as the economic cooperation and the intensification of cultural exchanges.
Minister Jeremić stressed that the official visit of the President of Serbia to Armenia by Armenian President’s invitation opens a new page in bilateral relationship and the visit itself proves that the Republic of Serbia is interested in strengthening and deepening of comprehensive cooperation with Armenia.
Ministers Nalbandian and Jeremić continued the dialogue started in Madrid in June 2008 on the recent developments in the Caucasus and the Balkans and on a number of international and regional issues of mutual interest.
Vuk Jeremić invited Edward Nalbandian to visit Belgrade to continue the practical dialogue in on development of bilateral relations, according to the instructions of the Presidents .
