On July 27, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Karine Kazinian received the newly appointed Ambassador of Serbia to Armenia Mr. Dragan Zupanjevac (residence Athens) on the occasion of presenting the copies of his credentials.

Welcoming the guest, Deputy Minister Kazinian stressed that two countries have a great potential of cooperation in different areas and attached importance to the high-level mutual visits for the promotion of bilateral relations. Within this context, the two emphasized that the official visit of Boris Tadić, the President of Serbia to Armenia scheduled on July 28-29 by the Armenian President’s invitation will give a new stimulus for the deepening and expansion of cooperation.

The sides also attached importance to the expansion of legal field as well as the intensification and strengthening of business ties between the two countries.

In the course of the meeting Ambassador Zupanjevac presented the legal process on Kosovo in the International Court of Justice and the expectations of the Serbian side.
