On July 5, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received Jean-Paul Delevoye, the French Ombudsman who is in Yerevan on a working visit.

In his welcoming remarks Edward Nalbandian highly appreciated high-level and friendly relations between Armenia and France and stressed that the cooperation between the two countries in the area of Human Rights protection will fulfill the cooperation between Armenia and France.

On his turn Jean-Paul-Delevoye mentioned that he visits Armenia with great pleasure and intends to invest in the development of Ombudsman Institute in Armenia.

In the course of the meeting the two exchanged views on democratic reforns implemented in Armenia.
