On July 8th, the Ambassador of Argentina Leopoldo Alfredo Bravo (residence in Moscow) presented the copies of his credentials to Minister Nalbandian.

Welcoming the guest, Minister Nalbandian congratulated on his assignment as Ambassador and on Argentina’s Independence Day celebrating on July 9. He appreciated the level of Armenian – Argentinean relations and noticed that the active and constructive dialogue has created wider perspectives for cooperation between two friendly nations.

As an illustration of the high level of Armenian – Argentinean bilateral relations Edward Nalbandian noticed that Argentina is one of the leading countries by the volume of investments in Armenia. Nalbandian also stressed the importance of expansion of legal framework in order to deepen Armenian – Argentinean relations.
In his turn, Ambassador Bravo positively assessed the present level of the Armenian – Argentinean relations, noting that Argentinean Government took a decision to open an Embassy in Yerevan, which indicates the will of Argentinean side to strengthen bilateral friendly relations.
The two also touched upon the questions of the Armenian – Argentinean cooperation in the international organizations and the possibilities of the deepening of interactions in the economic, cultural, research and education fields.
