On April 17, a regular meeting of Foreign Ministers of the Black Sea Economic Organization was held in Kiev.

The participants of the Meeting included delegations from the 12 member states of the Organization, the observers, and representatives from the neighboring organizations. The Armenian delegation was led by Armen Khachatrian, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Ukraine.

The key issues on the agenda were BSEC’s cooperation with the European Union, regional organizations, and the United Nations.
