On April 9, 2008, Minister Oskanian received the delegation headed by Michael Ambühl, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Switzerland, who is in Yerevan to take part in the presidential inauguration to be held the same day.

On welcoming the guest, the Armenian Minister expressed satisfaction with the high level of Armenia – Switzerland relations.

            While noting the efficient ongoing economic cooperation between our two countries, the Swiss State Secretary thanked Minister Oskanian for boosting the bilateral relationship during his tenure.

            The two also touched upon the regional issues, the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement process and its prospects.
