On March 21, 2008, Minister Oskanian received the delegation led by Peter Semneby, EU Special Envoy to the South Caucasus.

The interlocutors discussed the post-electoral developments in Armenia, and the measures aimed at restoring calm.

They noted that the country’s sustainable stability is a guarantee of continuity for regional programs.

Minister Oskanian and the EU Envoy also touched upon the recently adopted UN resolution proposed by Azerbaijan and its consequences, as well as some regional issues and the present state of Armenia – Turkey relationship and its prospects.
