On March 21, Minister Oskanian held his regular briefing with heads of diplomatic missions and representations of international organizations in Yerevan.

The meeting was aimed at informing the foreign diplomats about the removal of the State of Emergency and reconfirming the commitment to return to the provisions of the Constitution and Armenia’s legislation.

During the meeting, Minister Oskanian attached special importance to the signing of the quadrilateral coalition memorandum, noting that it provides serious ground for effectively combining the programs of various political forces, and implementing these programs to move the country forward.

The Minister also presented Armenia’s position on the aftermath of the recent UN General Assembly vote on a resolution proposed by Azerbaijan. Armenia’s top diplomat stated that Armenia has been committed to the principles of the document elaborated by the OSCE Minsk Group and believes that the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement process should remain within the Minsk Group’s scope.
