By the invitation of the Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ali Akbar Salehi, on April 29 the Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian arrived in Tehran on an official visit.

On April 23 the Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian received Guido Podestà, the President of the Province of Milan who is in Yerevan to participate in the events dedicated to the Yerevan World Book Capital 2012.

On April 21 the Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian received Nikoloz Vashakidze, the the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia who arrived in Armenia to participate in the inter-agency consultations.

On April 19 in Brussels the Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian participated in the enlarged meeting of the North Atlantic Council at the level of Foreign Ministers dedicated to Afghanistan.

On April 18, Foreign Minister Nalbandian received Yukiya Amano, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
