First of all, meetings between Foreign Ministers and leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan are mediated solely by the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs and high-ranking representatives of Co-Chair countries.

It is true that Co-Chairs extended an offer to organize a meeting, which we stated in our press releases on New York meeting between Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as on the results of the visit of Co-Chairs to the region. As you know, we notify on such meetings in an agreed manner and we will not violate this principle.
