We express deep concern over the nuclear test carried out by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on September 9 that endangers stability and peace of the Korean Peninsula and the Asia-Pacific Region.

Such actions undermine efforts of the international community towards the peaceful resolution of the nuclear issue of the Korean Peninsula.
