Question: Mr. Kocharyan, how would you comment on the statement of PACE President Pedro Agramunt that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, as well as all the conflicts should be resolved based on the principle of territorial integrity?

Answer: It would be preferable if an international official of that level was acquainted with the fundamental document of the international law – the UN Charter, according to which the territorial integrity cannot be opposed to the right of people to self-determination.
