General information Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Cyprus were established on 18 March 1992. On May 2, 2025, H.E. Ms. Inna Torgomyan, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Cyprus (residence in Nicosia) presented his credentials to H.E.
