Latvia
General Information
Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Latvia were established on 22 August 1992.
On 17 June 2024, Ara Margaryan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Latvia (with residence in Vilnius), presented his credentials to the President of the Republic of Latvia, Edgars Rinkēvičs.
On 14 February 2023, Edite Medne, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to the Republic of Armenia (with residence in Tbilisi), presented her credentials to the President of the Republic of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan.
Armenia and Latvia established the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic, Industrial, Scientific and Technical Cooperation in 2009.
