General Information
Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Latvia were established on 22 August, 1992.
On 24 November 2011, Armen Ghasaboghlyan was appointed Honorary Consul of the Republic of Latvia in Armenia.
On February 14, 2023, Edite Medne, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to the Republic of Armenia (residence Tbilisi) presented her credentials to the President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan.
