Ministers congratulated each other on appointment and reappointment as Foreign Ministers, reiterating their interest in continuing the enhancement and deepening of the allied relations between Armenia and Russia.\r\n

Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Demetris Syllouris commended the strong inter-state relations established between Armenia and Cyprus, highlighting the reciprocal willingness to deepen the cooperation in all spheres of mutual interest.
