Staffan de Mistura expressed his satisfaction that Armenia, within its capabilities, continues to provide humanitarian aid to the people of Syria and accepts a great number of refugees affected by the crisis. \r\n

Upon request from the Foreign Minister of Qatar, Edward Nalbandian presented the efforts being exerted by Armenia and the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs towards the advancement of the peaceful settlement process of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue.

Edward Nalbandian emphasized the important humanitarian mission of the ICRC while highly appreciating the continuous activities of the ICRC in the zone of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

On February 17, Edward Nalbandian, Foreign Minister of Armenia, had a meeting with Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah, Foreign Minister of Oman.\r\n\r\n

On February 17, Edward Nalbandian, Foreign Minister of Armenia, had a meeting in Munich with Masoud Barzani, the President of the Iraqi Kurdistan.

Issues related to future meetings between Foreign Ministers as well as Co-Chairs next visit to the region were discussed.\r\n

Interlocutors stressed the necessity of implementation of agreements reached at Vienna and Saint-Petersbourg Summits aimed at creation of conducive conditions for advancing the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process.
