Adoption of the Resolution on the Prevention of Genocide at the UN Human Rights Council

On June 22, the Resolution on Prevention of Genocide initiated by Armenia was adopted by consensus at the 43rd session of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva.

On May 12, the session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States was held in a video-conference format. Foreign Minister of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan paricipated in and delivered remarks at the session, the agenda of which included a number of issues on deepening cooperation in various spheres between the CIS participating states.
