The situation in the region remains quite fragile. We need to achieve the cessation of hostilities, as this has directly become a very serious challenge for the region, and first of all for Nagorno-Karabakh.

The conflict resolution can be based on compromise and compromise means that each of the parties has to take respective steps towards a balanced, measurable solution, which meets the interests of all.

And we have also been working very hard with our partners with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmanship, comprising France, the United States and Russia, in order to halt the hostilities and in order to restore the ceasefire.
