Qatar Qatar

Diplomatic relations between Armenia and Qatar were established on November 5, 1997.

In 2013 Mr. Gegham Gharibjanyan presented his credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the State of Qatar.

In January 2015 Mr. Ali Bin Hamad Al Sulaiti presented his credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State Qatar to the Republic of Armenia (residence Tehran).

In February 2019 the Armenian government made a decision to establish an Armenian embassy in Qatar (residence Doha).
