General information

Diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Armenia were established on February 21st, 1992.

On January 11, 2024, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Mongolia Sergey Manassarian (residence in Beijing) was recalled, a new ambassador has not yet been accredited.

On May 31, 2023, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Republic of Armenia Ulziysaykhan Enkhtuvshin presented his credentials to the President of the Republic of Armenia (residence in Moscow).

In July 2016, Baatarbileg Tserendavaa was appointed Honorary Consul of the Republic of Armenia in Mongolia.

Agreement on the Mutual Waiver of Visa Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic and Official Passports between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of Mongolia (signed on September 28th, 2018),
