General Information
Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Sovereign Military Order of Malta were established on 29 May 1998.
On 26 July 2019, Garen Nazarian was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Sovereign Order of Malta (with residence in Rome).
On 22 February 2011, Jean-Michel Oughourlian, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Sovereign Order of Malta to Armenia, presented his credentials to the President of the Republic of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan.
