General information

Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg were established on 11 June 1992.

On 16 December 2025, Joint Deaclaration on Strategic Partnership between the Republic of Armenia and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg was signed. 

On February 14, 2024 official opening of the office of Armenia in Luxembourg was held.

Օn October 20, 2020 Tigran Balayan was appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Luxembourg (with residence in c. The Hague). On February 10, 2021, Tigran Balayan presented his credentials to the Grand Duke of Luxembourg Henri (le Grand-Duc Henri).

On April 28, 2017, Suren Zohrabyan was appointed Honorary Consul of Luxembourg in Armenia. 

On September 19, 2023 Alain de Muyser, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to the Republic of Armenia presented his credentials to the President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan.
