General Information
Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Ireland were established on 28 June 1996.
On 8 April 2022, Varuzhan Nersesyan was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Ireland (with residence in London).
Since 29 May 2025, the Ambassador of Ireland to the Republic of Armenia has been Catherine Bannon (with residence in Sofia).
In April 2008, Ohan Yergainharsian was appointed Honorary Consul of the Republic of Armenia to Ireland.
On 15 June 2010, Jonathan Stark was appointed Honorary Consul of Ireland to Armenia.
