General information

Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and Ireland were established on 28 June 1996.

On May 29, 2025 Catherine Bannon, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ireland to the Republic of Armenia, presented her credentials to President Vahagn Khachaturyan.

On July 27, 2022, Varuzhan Nersesyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Ireland (residence in Sofia) presented her credentials to President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan.

On October 19, 2021 Martina Finey, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ireland to the Republic of Armenia (residence in Sofia) presented her credentials to Armen Sargsyan, President of the Republic of Armenia.

In April 2008 Ohan Erkaynharsian was appointed Honorary Consul of the Republic of Armenia in Ireland.

In June 2010 Jonathan Stark was appointed Honorary Consul of Ireland in Armenia.
