Brazil
General information
The diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Federative Republic of Brazil were established on February 17, 1992.
The Consulate General of Armenia started to operate in San Paolo in March of 1998.
The Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in the Federative Republic of Brazil was established in 2010.
The Embassy of the Federative Republic of Brazil in Yerevan was established in August of 2006.
The office of the Honorary Consul in San Paulo was established in January 2011.
On September 1, 2022 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federative Republic of Brazil to the Republic of Armenia Fabio Vaz Pitaluga presented his credentials to the President of the Republic of
Armenia.
On May 24, 2023, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Federative Republic of Brazil Armen Yeganyan, presented his credentials to the President of the Federative Republic of Brazil Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.
