On october 24, Edward Nalbandian, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, had a meeting with Albrecht Freiherr von Boeselager, the Grand Chancellor and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Sovereign Order of Malta, who arrived in Armenia within the delegation of Fra Matthew Festing, the Prince and Grand Master of Sovereign Order of Malta.
