Holy See
General Information
Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Holy See were established on 23 May 1992.
On 28 December 2018, Garen Nazaryan was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Holy See.
On 11 July 2018 Apostolic Nuncio, Archbishop Jose Avelino Bettencourt presented his credentials to the President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sarkissian (with residence in Tbilisi).
