General Information

Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of the Philippines were established on 20 May, 1992.

Since July 16, 2020, H.E. Mr. Vahram Kazhoyan has been appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Republic of the Philippines (residence in Hanoi).

Mr. Albert Taroyan is the Honorary Consul of the Republic of the Philippines to the Republic of Armenia (since 2003).

In 2022, September, H.E. Mr. Igor Bailen was appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Philippines to the Republic of Armenia (residence in Moscow).

Mr. Jose M. Periquet, Jr. is the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of the Philippines (since 2021).
