Oman Oman

General Information

Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Sultanate of Oman were established on July 7, 1992.

The Resident Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Muscat was founded in September 2025. The official opening of the embassy took place on March 18, 2026, in the presence of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the two countries.

On July 10, 2025, Hrachya Poladyan was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Sultanate of Oman.

On December 4, 2024, Hamood Al-Towaia, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Sultanate of Oman to the Republic of Armenia (residence in Moscow), presented his credentials to Vahagn Khachaturyan, President of the Republic of Armenia.
