General information

The diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Moldova were established on May 18, 1992.

On 13 April 2023, Valeriu Civeri, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova to the Republic of Armenia (residence in Kyiv) handed over his credentials to the President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan.

On 11 April 2025 Tigran Galstyan, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Romania has concurrently been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Moldova (residence Bucharest).
