General information
Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Korea were established on 21st February 1992.
Since May 2022 the Ambassador of RA in ROK is Mr. Areg Hovhannisyan /residence in Tokyo/.
Since October 2019 the Ambassador of ROK in RA is Mr. Lee Seok Peng /residence in Moscow/; in 2022, the Ambassador was recalled, a new Ambassador has not yet been accredited.
Since February 2014 Honorary Consul of Armenia in Seoul is Mr. Kim Do Kyun.
Since June 2002 the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Korea operates in Yerevan.
Since July 2004 the Honorary Consul of ROK in RA is Mr. Armen Abrahamyan.

- Agreement for the Promotion and Reciprocal Protection of Investments between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of the Republic of Korea, signed in Yerevan on 19th October, 2018; in force since 18th May, 2019.
