General information
Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea were established on February 21st, 1992.
Since November 2016 H.E. Mr. Kim Hyong-jun was the Ambassador of DPRK to the Republic of Armenia (residence in Moscow). The latter was recalled in May 2019, a new Ambassador has not yet been accredited.

Protocol on cooperation between MFA of the Republic of Armenia and MFA of DPRK, signed in Yerevan, on September 26th, 1995.
