Bolivia
General information
Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Plurinational State of Bolivia were established on July 27, 1992.
On January 19, 2022, Jose Marcelo Ortuste Gonzales was appointed Honorary Consul of Armenia in Bolivia.
On October 14, 2025, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Plurinational State of Bolivia Mariam Gevorgyan (residence in Montevideo) presented her credentials to the President of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, Luis Alberto Arce Catacora.
The Senate and the Chamber of Deputies of Bolivia recognized the Armenian Genocide in 2014.
