Postage stamp dedicated to the Armenian Chairmanship in the Council of Europe was redeemed at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs25 November, 2013
On November 25 Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian and Minister of Transport and Communications Gagik Beglaryan redeemed a postage stamp dedicated to the Armenian Chairmanship in the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.
