Ladies and gentlemen,\r\nI am glad to welcome my good friend and colleague, Foreign Minister of Germany Mr. Steinmeier, who is paying an official visit to Yerevan. Our last meeting was a few months ago, in June, when I was in Berlin. We have started our meetings some years ago and now we meet regularly. All our meetings are very effective and meaningful, as was today’s meeting.

I am glad to welcome here my Iraqi counterpart, Foreign Minister and my good friend Mr. Hoshiyar Zebari with whom I had many occasions to meet in the framework of international organizations. His first visit was 5 years ago, in 2008. But over these years we have used different chances in order to meet during my visits to Prague, as well as within numerous international conferences.
