I am glad to welcome here my Iraqi counterpart, Foreign Minister and my good friend Mr. Hoshiyar Zebari with whom I had many occasions to meet in the framework of international organizations. A lot of arrangements have been made and I invited Mr. Zebari to pay a visit to Armenia. I am happy that today he is in Yerevan on an official visit.

Postage stamp dedicated to the Armenian Chairmanship in the Council of Europe was redeemed at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs25 November, 2013
On November 25 Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian and Minister of Transport and Communications Gagik Beglaryan redeemed a postage stamp dedicated to the Armenian Chairmanship in the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe. The ceremony was also attended by Armenia accredited Ambassadors and representatives of Haypost company.

The joint statement on the Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict made today in Enniskillen by the heads of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair countries is the fifth one. We highly appreciate the continuous efforts of the heads of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair countries - Russia, USA and France, aimed at the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
