I warmly welcome you in Yerevan at the 38th Meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs. This is Armenia’s 5th chairmanship of the Organisation since its inception. What makes this one special is that we have the privilege of the chairmanship while we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the signing of our BSEC Charter. This anniversary is a pertinent reminder of our commitment to th
