During the discussions of Yerevan Global Forum fresh ideas and constructive proposals have been made, which were summarized in the Draft Declaration of the Global Forum. I believe that it would be accepted as a guide for the implementation of the truly global mission facing us, for the sake of unified determination of preventing the crime of genocide.
