I don’t know who can gain and what from the Lapshin’s case, but I am sure that it will not add to anyone’s prestige. Right the opposite. It is an infamy, when people are being persecuted for exercising their fundamental rights of freedom of movement and speech. In some cases that infamy already became a distinctive feature of their identity.
