Armenia transferred the Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe to Austria.

On November 14 Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Council of Europe Edward Nalbandian chaired the Session of the Council of Ministers of the CoE.

Edward Nalbandian had a meeting at the Faculty of International Relations of Yerevan State University on the occasion of the start of the university year.

On September 2 Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian visited Yerevan State University where he read the first lecture of the year at the Faculty of International Relations according to the established tradition. During the meeting the leadership of the University and the Faculty as well as professors and lecturers were present.

I would like to welcome Mr. David Lidington, the Minister for Europe of the United Kingdom. This is his first visit to Armenia.
