Armenian-Latvian political consultations in Riga30 May, 2018
Օn May 30, political consultations between the Foreign Ministries of Armenia and Latvia were held in Riga. Armenian delegation was headed by Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Garen Nazarian. Foreign Ministry State Secretary Andrejs Pildegovičs led the Latvian delegation. Tigran Mkrtchyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Latvia also participated in the consultations.

Welcoming the participants of the consultation, Ashot Hovakimian noted that the implementation of the project will contribute to the development of sustainable governance of World Heritage properties of Religious Interest, serving as a precedent for other places of religious significance both in Armenia and other countries.
