First of all, I would like to thank my colleague, Mr. Schallenberg, for the invitation to Vienna and the warm welcome. The reasons are many but I think the underlying reason is that this is a renewed attempt by Azerbaijan by way of attacking Armenia on 12th July to once again attempt to impose unilateral concessions from Armenia on the question of Nagorno-Karabakh. I think we have shown time and again that there is only one solution to the Nagorno-Karabakh

The issue is that arms trade to Azerbaijan is fatal, because Azerbaijan never hesitates to use those weapons against civilian infrastructure, the civilian population, and the events, which took place after July 12, have quite enriched our factual evidence on that.
