Representatives of mass media operating on the basis of foreign legislation, including foreign journalists who have received the annual accreditation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and would like to cover the elections to the Yerevan Council of Elders of September 17, 2023, to be accredited by the Central Electoral Commission, must be accredited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia by September 7.

Applications received after the above-mentioned deadline will not be accepted based on the requirements for the accreditation of foreign media representatives according to the Electoral Code of the Republic of Armenia by the Central Electoral Commission.
