Currently, about 140 citizens of Armenia are at the Upper Lars checkpoint. Vardan Asoyan, the Consul General in Rostov-on-Don, arrived at the checkpoint and is coordinating works of the Consulate General to provide the citizens of Armenia with food and essential goods on the ground.
